GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Prices given are based on suppliers’ charges to us and we reserve the right to amend our rates in the event of increased direct costs.
2. On receiving a pre-booking and completed feedback form we will send you an e-mail containing a confirmed itinerary with the exact cost of the tour.
3. We reserve the right to amend itineraries should weather or other conditions dictate so.
4. Insurance is recommended to cover baggage and golf clubs, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to your belongings. Cancellation insurance is also recommended.
PAYMENT
1. A deposit of 25% per person is required at the time of booking.
2. The full balance of payment should reach us 60 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Prepayment is essential, failing which we reserve the right to withhold services.
3. Payment should be free of bank charges and transferred into ZuluExperience bank account.
4. It will be of benefit to you to book your final acceptance of the tour package at your earliest convenience to ensure that you are able to comply with the general payment conditions.
5. A confirmation invoice showing the deposit paid and the balance due will be sent as soon as ZuluExperience has received your deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
1. Cancellations of any bookings more that 42 days before commencement of services will not normally involve a cancellation fee, although we reserve the right to recover any direct costs.
2. In the event of a cancellation less than 42 days and more than 30 days prior to commencement of services a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the quoted tour price will be incurred.
3. A cancellation less than 30 days and more than 15 days prior to commencement of services will result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted tour price.
4. A cancellation less than 15 days prior to commencement of services will result in a cancellation fee up to 100% of the tour price.
5. Each cancellation will be treated fairly on its merits.
NOTE
ZuluExperience, their agents and the employees concerned cannot be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage howsoever caused, even in the event of negligence. Also in the event of any medical services being required, clients shall be responsible for all related expenses including ambulance/helicopter services and the like.
ZuluExperience, its servants, agents and employees are not liable for any flight delays or cancellations of flights howsoever caused. This is solely a matter for the airline company. Therefore we would urge anyone booking a tour to be comprehensively covered by a valid insurance policy.
