Seascape Guest Villa

Overlooking a sandy cove on the Dolphin Coast with warm Indian Ocean waves, Seascape Guest Villa with its modern ambiance awaits discovery. Seascape Villa is a welcome Seascape from the pressures of modern day living. We invite you to come and enjoy our warm hospitality in tranquil and beautiful surroundings. Just 45 minutes from the International airport, 30 minutes north of Durban on the N2 toll road or picturesque coastal M4.

Guests may use the bright informal lounge and courtesy bar during their stay. Children over 10 years of age are welcome. Smoking is not permitted in the Villa.

In the evening, cool sundowners can be enjoyed at the cocktail bar prior to dining out at one of the excellent restaurants in the village. Home cooked dinners are available with your hosts by arrangement. Light lunches from R15, braais and picnic baskets available. Evening meals are from R50pp (single course) to R135pp (seafood 3 course).

There are three (3) en-suite bedrooms. Each attractively appointed bedroom is sea-facing with a door leading out onto a private patio which overlooks the beach and is equipped with a five speed ceiling fan in summer, heating in winter, satellite television, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities.

The Milkwood Suite
This suite has lovely views of the sea and consists of the bedroom, dressing room and bathroom with shower. A large sliding door leads out onto the private patio . The suite is separate from the main residence and has its own private entrance. There is a small bar fridge.

The Dolphin Room
This is a lovely sea facing room with a breath taking view of the beach and coastline. It has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower facility and direct access to the patio. Also suitable for family accommodation.

The Tiffany Suite - our Penthouse room
Incredible views from our penthouse room with its large private patio and sea-facing jacuzzi bathroom. Suitable for honeymoons and special occasions.

Seascape has a delightful pool with adjacent sundeck. On the beach below swimming in the sea or rocky pools can be fun. A safe netted swimming beach is a short walk away. A Dolphin encounter can be arranged. Whales and Dolphins are sometimes spotted from the Villa.

A lush tropical path meanders down from the Villa where adjacent to the beach, a lovely green lawn provides a cool alternative to the golden sand. For the more active guests golf, tennis, squash and bowls are close by.

Scuba diving, surfing, wind sailing and fishing are also possible. Micro-lighting is an exiting way to view the coastline, sea-life and rolling hills of sugar cane.

Game viewing is less than 2 hours away. A Zulu cultural village is an hour away. Crocodile farms are within 45 minutes of the Villa.
